You will be advised of the delivery cost for your area at the time of the order being accepted. We reserve the right to alter the prices of our products at any time without prior notice, although not once an order has been accepted.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

Please note that orders for bespoke custom-made or personalised goods cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty or damaged. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@pimfolds.com.

Goods that are stock items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days. If you intend returning goods you must let us know in writing or via email. Please enclose your name, a description of the goods you would like to return and the reason for returning them. When returning an item you are responsible for postage costs. We recommend using a ‘signed for’ postage service to return any goods to us. All returned items need to be in new unused and unmarked condition. A refund will be made to you once the item has been returned to us and checked.

Orders for belts and other goods made to your size or specification cannot be returned or refunded if they were measured incorrectly. If you need any help or advice in measuring belts of other bespoke items please contact us at info@pimfolds.com. We are here to help!

Leather Care

Leather is a natural product which develops a beautiful patina over time if lovingly cared for.

To care for your bespoke handcrafted leather goods, we recommend periodically inspecting it for wear and tear. Regular application of a good quality leather conditioner will ensure your goods bring you a lifetime of joy and service.

Remember leather is a natural product and will discolour if exposed to sunlight or moisture. When new, excess edge stain can rub off; this will stop naturally over time. If your leather becomes wet, we recommend you let the item dry naturally (away from any heat sources such as radiators or fires) and then apply a good leather conditioner to replace the natural oils. Leather will also become weak and liable to cracking if the natural oils lost through use and exposure to the environment are not replaced. Again, the regular use of a leather conditioner will maintain the life of your bespoke, handcrafted leather goods.

Regularly check your leather goods for wear and tear. If you notice any damage, please contact us to arrange a quotation to repair it.

Metal fittings (e.g. belt buckles) may become dull over time. To get the shine back on solid brassware, you can use a brass cleaner. Nickel- plated hardware can be cleaned with a silver polish.
